Now Hear This: Come Back to Earth (single) - ADVIKA

Rating: ***1/2

Welcome to the planet, ADVIKA!

This young Boston-based electronic pop artist is about to take you on a wild ride. Her new single, "Come Back To Earth," promises to blend jazz, electronic pop, alternative, and Carnatic (South Indian classical) elements into a sound that is all her own.

It's been awhile since I've reviewed pop music with electro elements like this one will, so I'm extra excited to have a silent disco in my bedroom while I kick out my thoughts on this one.

Headphones on. Coffee drank. Let's jump right into this single.

I'll have a full report after the jump, like I always do.

Ok, this is cool. Dreamy sounding. It's a blend of electronic beats, well-sung vocal harmonies, and a deep, hypnotic melody. This reminds me of Enigma and Enya but with a modern twist.

ADVIKA's vocals are her strongest asset. She has a beautiful, haunting voice that is perfect for her music. Her vocals are accompanied by lush vocal harmonies that add depth and texture to the track. It create a truly captivating sound. The harmonies add depth and emotion to the song, and they help to create a sense of intimacy between the listener and the artist.

"Come Back to Earth" is built around a deep, hypnotic melody. It'll get stuck in your head and will stay with you long after you've finished listening to the song. It's slow and haunting. Simple but effective. This is a really strong track, and I can't wait to hear ADVIKA in a longer format.

If you're looking for something new and truly exciting to listen to, then you need to check out ADVIKA's "Come Back To Earth." It's a song that will transport you to another world, and it's just the beginning of what I'm sure will be a long and successful career.

So put on your astronaut gear, strap in, relax, and enjoy the ride.
