Austin electro-pop artist, Galapaghost has a new music video out for the single "Jellyfish" from last years LP "Sootie".
Casey Chandler's side project has gained enough notoriety to delve into "not just a side project" territory, as his record was critically acclaimed from blog sites all over the world.
From what I understand this video had a budget, established actors, and a rad song to boot so I'm really excited to check it out.
I put a link below this to watch along. Share your thoughts in the comments.
Watch the music video for "Jellyfish" on Youtube below:
First off, the song is hypnotic and really sets a tone for what ends up being just a beautifully shot music video. It's reminiscent of some of Radiohead's more eclectic Kid A-era work. The video plays like a short arthouse film and its slow-motion cinematic story is truly inspiring to watch and listen to.

Music videos aren't what they used to be. This is a throwback to some of the classic snippets of old and I'm really into it. Galapaghost has managed to create a music video that is not only artistic and well-acted but fits the chosen song nearly flawlessly. I highly recommend checking it out.
