Chicago has a storied history of hip-hop prowess. Kanye, Common, and Lupe Fiasco just to name a few. What I'm trying to say is the Midwestern city isn't just famous for improv.
Hunnid is the latest to make a name for himself in the Chitown indie rap scene. He's got a new single called "Buss That" that I'm pretty interested in checking out.
From what I understand, he's influenced by Big Sean and J. Cole to name a couple and I dig them, so maybe I'll dig Hunnid too.
Let's find out.
Listen to "Buss That" on Soundcloud here:
This has a dope beat. It sounds positive. It's got some 90's vibe to it. You can definitely hear the Lil Wayne influence here. He's a good rapper. Technically proficient and he's got a great cadence. Lyrically it's not going to change the game or anything but it's bringing a 90's rap sound to 2018 in a pretty original way. He isn't mumbling which is so refreshing these days. The chorus will stick in your head. Trust me. It will.

All-in-all this is a great teaser track for things to come. It made me excited to hear more and I think it will do the same for you. Infectious beat and excellent rapping make this one a highly recommend on my end.
